All virtual courses are hosted on Google Meets with a Google Classroom to access course resources. Yoga and first aid courses are hosted in-person at Alicia's apartment in Elmvale Acres, Ottawa South (address shared at time of registration). Other in-person aquatic programs are hosted at Alicia's childhood home with a backyard pool in Hunt Club Park, Ottawa South (address shared at time of registration).
